Shipping Policy
March Legend ® provides free white glove drop shipping direct to customer or reduced shipping (some restrictions may apply) arrangements to most street addresses in the continental United States (remote, above two stories, conditions such as hoist in a window, extra charges may apply, call March Legend for a detailed quote). This excludes any APO and P.O. Box addresses. We ship orders via USPS, curbside standard freight, and in-home white glove delivery. Please measure all doorways to ensure the furniture you choose will pass through; March Legend cannot be responsible for custom furniture that does not pass through client entry or doors. It is essential to note that once a piece leaves our workshops, the remaining shipping time is beyond our control.
Furniture leaves and arrives quickly, but unforeseen circumstances, such as delivery location or scheduling conflicts, can arise. While we make every effort to ensure your furniture arrives in impeccable condition, again, some things are beyond our control. We cannot claim that damages never occur during transit or movement. Our carriers handle your furniture prudently, but no matter how careful, injuries can happen. March Legend cannot be responsible for shipping damages and asks its customers to inspect damaged items and refuse them for a timely repair or replacement. March Legend will try to expedite a remedy for the damaged goods. As a courtesy, please remember that we make shipping arrangements with the experienced white glove or standard freight companies we use; freight company employees or the shipping companies themselves are in no way affiliated with March Legend. Our customers should make their shipping arrangements if they prefer. March Legend cannot be responsible for shipping charge increases, shipping charges in or outbound, or both. Shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable. If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us immediately to discuss the matter while the delivery personnel is on site. If this is impossible, please note all details on the bill of lading, including specific damage or defects to the furniture and any damage to exterior packaging. Please note that a bill of lading is a legal document and that all substantial damages or defects must be detailed in writing before signing. We may ask for photos to help us determine the extent of damage or defects to expedite a remedy. We also ask our customers to refuse damaged goods for the quickest fix. Please keep in mind that a return for repair at our workshops or replacement can take up to 3 to 8 weeks, depending on the severity of the problem. We understand waiting can be difficult after the initial lead time, but customers must allow us the time to remedy the situation appropriately. Our furniture receives a rigorous inspection by March Legend before shipping and again by our white glove delivery personnel before accepting the table for outgoing shipments, so please inspect for damage during arrival at your location.
Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your custom furniture order. As a furniture manufacturer with 30 years of experience, we have strict protocols to guarantee customer happiness. In addition, we offer a lifetime workmanship guarantee. However, please remember that wood is a natural material affected by its environment. We are happy to advise you on appropriate environmental conditions. Our fabrics, rush seating, leather, cushioning, and chairs come with a one-year warranty for residential use. Still, specific exclusions apply, such as customer-requested wood species, finishes, special modifications, and shipping charges. If furniture arrives damaged or defective and not noted by the customer on the bill of lading and signed for, the customer will be responsible for incurred shipping charges. Our furniture is made to order and is noncancelable, nonreturnable, and nonrefundable except in cases of factory defects. You may cancel made-to-order furniture within seven days of purchase, but after seven days, you will forfeit your 50% deposit. Once production begins, no refunds will be issued. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and if an item is returned in a condition other than its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please allow up to 7 working days for authorized refunds
