Shipping Policy 1

March Legend ® provides drop shipping direct to customer or reduced shipping (some restrictions may apply) arrangements to most street addresses in the continental United States (remote, above two stories, conditions such as hoist in a window, extra charges may apply, call March Legend for a detailed quote). This excludes any APO and P.O. Box addresses. We ship orders via USPS, curbside common freight and in-home white glove delivery. Please make sure to measure all doorways to ensure the furniture of your choice will pass through, March Legend cannot be responsible for custom furniture that does not pass through client entry or doorways. is important to note that once a piece leaves our workshops the remaining shipping time is beyond our control. In most cases, furniture leaves and arrives without delay but again, unforeseen circumstances can arise, such as delivery location or scheduling conflicts. While we make every effort to ensure your furniture arrives in impeccable condition, again some things are beyond our control. We cannot claim that damages never occur during transit or movement. Our carriers handle your furniture prudently but no matter how careful, damages can occur. March Legend cannot be responsible for shipping damages and ask its customers to inspect and refuse damaged items for a timely repair or replacement. March Legend will make every effort to expedite a remedy for the damaged goods. Please keep in mind, as a courtesy, we make shipping arrangements with the experienced white glove or common freight companies we use, freight company employees or the shipping companies themselves are in no way affiliated with March Legend. Our customers should feel free to make their own shipping arrangements if they prefer. March Legend cannot be responsible for shipping charge increases or shipping charges in or outbound or both. Shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable. If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to discuss the matter while the delivery personnel is on site. If this is not possible, please note all details including specific damage or defects to the furniture and any damage to exterior packaging on the bill of lading. Please note that a bill of lading is a legal document and that all substantial damages or defects must be detailed in writing prior to signing. We may ask for photos to help us determine the extent of damage or defects to expedite a remedy. We also ask our customers to simply refuse damaged goods for the quickest fix. Please keep in mind a return for repair at our workshops or replacement can take up to 3 to 8 weeks depending on the severity of the problem. We understand waiting can be difficult after the initial lead time but customers must allow us the time to remedy the problem properly. Our furniture receives a rigorous inspection by March Legend prior to shipping and again by our white glove delivery personnel before accepting the furniture for outgoing shipments, so please inspect for damage during arrival to your location.

Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your custom furniture order, we will do our very best to make it right. We have been making fine furniture for 30 years and have strict protocols in place to ensure customer satisfaction.  In addition to this promise, we will guarantee our workmanship for a lifetime. Please keep in mind that wood is a natural living breathing substance that will change with its environment, this we cannot change as its nature. For appropriate environmental conditions please contact us. Fabrics, rush seating, leather, cushioning, and chairs are warranted for a period of one year of residential use. Some customer requested wood species, finishes, special modifications along with shipping charges are excluded.  If furniture is damaged or defective and not noted by the customer on the bill of lading and signed for shipping charges incurred will be the customer responsibility. Our furniture is made to order and is noncancelable, nonreturnable, nonrefundable for any reason except for factory defects.. Made to order furniture may be canceled within 7 days of purchase, after 7 days the customer forfeits their 50% deposit with cancellation, once cutting begins no refunds. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please allow 7 working days for authorized refunds.
