March Legend offers drop shipping directly to customers or reduced shipping arrangements (some restrictions may apply) to most street addresses in the continental United States, excluding APO and P.O. Box addresses. We use USPS, curbside standard freight, and in-home white glove delivery for shipping. If you order custom furniture, please measure all doorways to ensure it fits through. Once your order leaves our workshops, the remaining shipping time is beyond our control. While we do our best to ensure your furniture arrives in great condition, damages can occur during transit. Please inspect your furniture upon arrival and refuse any damaged items for a timely repair or replacement. As a courtesy, we make shipping arrangements with experienced white glove or standard freight companies, but we are not responsible for shipping charge increases or shipping charges in or outbound. Shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable. If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us immediately and note all details, including specific damage or defects, on the bill of lading. We may ask for photos to expedite a remedy. Please keep in mind that a return for repair or replacement may take up to 3 to 8 weeks, depending on the severity of the problem. Our furniture undergoes a rigorous inspection by March Legend before shipping and again by our white glove delivery personnel before accepting the furniture for outgoing shipments.
Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your custom furniture order. As a furniture manufacturer with 30 years of experience, we have strict protocols to guarantee customer happiness. In addition, we offer a lifetime workmanship guarantee. However, please remember that wood is a natural material affected by its environment. We are happy to advise you on appropriate environmental conditions. Our fabrics, rush seating, leather, cushioning, and chairs come with a one-year warranty for residential use. Still, specific exclusions apply, such as customer-requested wood species, finishes, special modifications, and shipping charges. If furniture arrives damaged or defective and not noted by the customer on the bill of lading and signed for, the customer will be responsible for incurred shipping charges. Our furniture is made to order and is noncancelable, nonreturnable, and nonrefundable except in cases of factory defects. You may cancel made-to-order furniture within seven days of purchase, but after seven days, you will forfeit your 50% deposit. Once production begins, no refunds will be issued. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and if an item is returned in a condition other than its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
